We want you to be completely happy shopping with us online. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days after receipt of the product, for the below reasons. 

PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE

In the unfortunate case of defect with the product, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact us to organize the pick-up of the defective product and shipment to our headquarters in Zurich. We will cover the shipping costs and replace the product.

CHANGE OF MIND

You may return the unopened product in its original condition and packaging if you changed your mind. In this case, the cost for returning the product may be your responsibility. For more information, please see our "Terms & Conditions". You must notify us of the order cancellation in writing (via email or post) as per contact information above.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or EFTA, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
