Swissline products are available online, at select department stores, perfumeries, mono-brand stores and spas around the world. Please visit Where to buy to check if our products are available in your country. You can also place an order on our website - we deliver orders internationally, with few country exceptions. 

Unfortunately, there are some countries where we currently do not deliver online orders: Canada, China, Malaysia, Greece, Iran, Kazakhstan, Russian Federation, Ukraine. This list may not be exhaustive. This is due to local distribution agreements and sometimes restrictions with import regulations. 

At www.swissline-cosmetics.com we understand how important security is to you when you order online. At Swissline, your payment security is our priority. We use Shopify Payments, which employs advanced SSL encryption to protect your data. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your personal information is never stored on our servers and is handled securely.

All online orders are packed and shipped from our headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. International orders are delivered using FedEx International Priority services. Orders from within Switzerland are shipped using Swiss post. Please refer to Shipping & Tax for information about international shipment and import taxes & duties. 

Products purchased on www.swissline-cosmetics.com may only be returned or exchanged on www.swissline-cosmetics.com. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Unfortunately, Swissline products must be returned or exchanged only at the place where they were purchased.

Swissline follows all REACH and EU regulations. Our products undergo all the clinical / safety tests required by law. The raw materials are proven for their efficacy.

We follow the REACH regulations for packaging and formulas.

Dermalab S.A. does not perform any animal tests on its finished products, sold and marketed under the trademark Swissline by Dermalab, nor does it ask others to test on animals on its behalf.
