   • Roll movement - 3x from center of chin to jaw, and then 3x same movement from underneath the center of the chin to underneath the ears
3. Lymphatic Spheres Movements using only 1 sphere at a time, working on one eye and then the other
   • Twist movement 5x – on one side of the eye
   • Roll movement 3x - around the eye socket
4. Lymphatic Spheres Movements using both spheres simultaneously
   • Twist movement - 3x above and 3x below collarbone
