HOW HAS YOUR MEDICAL BACKGROUND INFORMED YOUR CAREER AS AN ESTHETICIAN?

My medical background has allowed me to approach skincare from a more scientific viewpoint, choosing evidence-based products and treatments. There’s a lot of hype, marketing, and pseudo-science in the beauty world and it’s not always easy to navigate through it, even as a professional. You have to think critically, be comfortable questioning and challenging what is often presented as fact, and look at evidence and research from all different angles. 
 

WHAT SKINCARE ‘MISTAKES’ DO YOU OFTEN SEE YOUR CLIENTS MAKING?

1. Not cleansing well enough. 
2. Too much or not enough exfoliation. 
3. Both are game-changing when done correctly.  

WHY IS SWISSLINE A PERFECT FIT FOR YOUR SKIN DEVOTEE FACIAL STUDIO?

I tend to gravitate towards international brands that formulate for the global market because the laws are stricter. I chose to partner with Swissline because I wanted to work with products that perform exceptionally well and feel luxurious.
